1‑Day —

Objective: Strengthen collaboration rituals.

• Decision‑making & delegation
• Collaboration canvas exercise
• Charter draft and commitments

2‑Day —

Objective: Practice under pressure; finalize charter.

• Complex team challenge + debrief
• Conflict → collaboration framework
• Finalize team charter & metrics
