1‑Day —

Objective: EQ in communication and conflict scenarios.

  • Emotion labeling; stories vs facts
  • Respond vs react: pause, reframe, choose
  • Assertive scripts for tough conversations
  • EQ for teamwork and customer interactions

2‑Day —

Objective: Build resilient habits and leadership presence.

  • Stress management toolset & recovery rituals
  • Coaching with EQ (GROW)
  • Relationship repair & trust‑building sequences
  • Action plan + peer feedback

3‑Day —

Objective: Role‑play intensives and feedback to mastery.

  • High‑stakes simulations and debriefs
